·         Presently Chief Operating Officer of Kerygma Reconciliation Services, an alternative dispute organization specializing in mediation, conflict resolution and facilitation.

·         Conducted over 2900 mediations since December 2000.

·         Partner in the Toronto/Hamilton law firm of Hughes, Amys from 1985-2000 specializing in insurance-related litigation and ADR.

·         Twenty five years experience as a litigation counsel specializing in civil litigation, mediation and arbitration.
